With massive criticism of the Kremlin and the war against Ukraine, an experienced Russian diplomat has resigned from his post and left the diplomatic service. UN Watch Director Hiller Neuer said the US, EU and UK should launch a program to persuade more Russian diplomats to follow Bondarev's move.
